Simple to setup preferably with two people.
Love this tent because I because it is full sized but unfortunately the wind bent my poles. Customer service was amazing and replaced my two broken poles, I am unsure if they will work however. When I put it up I will update. Customer service was amazing that's why I left more stars.
I recently purchased the Octagon 98 after doing hours of research into a tent that not only gets good reviews but also lives up to the hype! This Octagon "98" Tent is every bit of the Hype it seems to be durable, strong, roomy, easy to setup 1-person. It took me 15-Minutes to put it up and only 20-Minutes to take it down. Having two doors on the tent makes it perfect when you need to exit out of at night when nature's calling. I like the color coded poles that make putting up the tent in a snap. I do wish it had a cord entry port but this tent is spacious, roomy, and well worth the money spent. I am looking forward to creating new camping memories utilizing this tent for sometime to come or at least until I purchase a camper! But for a great family tent that looks like 4-6 adults would sleep comfortably, 8 would make it a bit tight. But the Octagon "98" is worth it's weight in Gold!
The Octagon 98 8 Half Fly has two windows and two doors and a maximum center height of 6' 10, which is a little bit less than the average height of the 63 different 8 person tents we have examined With 169 square feet of room inside, it is significantly larger than some other 8-person tents, and it easily offers enough room for you and, up to seven other campers all through the 3-seasons, this tent is suggested for use in, larger tents like this one can generally make a really nice choice for campers who appreciate having heaps of room inside.
One of the great things about cabin tents is, that the walls of the tent are near vertical making for a generous interior, this allows for plenty of headroom at the sides inside, making it feel much bigger than a dome tent, they also, have a larger sleeping area making them great for families. In general cabin tents are used by families going on a camping trip in a car or a truck as they are quite heavy when compared to dome tents. It dose though make them well suited to cooler nights. Not all tents are created equal, cabin tents often have a few rooms, the same as the Coleman Octagon 98 two-room tent

Value for money: As far as value for money, this tent is without a doubt cheaper than the normal price of all the sixty-three, eight-person tents we have studied, this alone does not make it good value for money. One should also think about other areas in detail, as we do for each tent.
