A lot of space inside for both people and their gear. Most people can stand up inside with almost no problem. Keeps water out effectively during heavy rains. Windows are big, and may even be useful for stargazing.

One of the sweet One of the sweet things about cabin tents is, that the sides are near vertical creating a larger interior, this gives you much more headroom at the sides inside, making it feel much larger than a dome tent, in general the floor areas are quite large compared to other tents.
