CONS

1. No Vestibules. If you want to keep your dirty shoes, clothes, and backpacks protected from the rain etc, you will have to keep them inside the tent.
2. Rainfly does not totally cover the tent. The rainfly only covers the ceiling and part of the tent body from the top. Meaning it might not protect against heavy rain.
3. Footprint not Included. There is no included footprint, there is one available separately designed for the Rimrock 3 footprint Even though the floor may be made of Polyethylene Tub, it is still best to protect it further with a footprint, especially on rough terrain.
4. A tad heavy for backpacking. Even though the Rimrock 3, looks like a small tent, it is not probably the best choice for backpacking as it weighs 8 pounds. This is quite a lot more than many other backpacking tents
