Easy two pole dome setup in minutes
Tent is well designed, from materials to construction. Thicker poles provide extra strength. Easy to set up. Can fit a queen sized air mattress and a small table with enough room to still walk around.
Pole sleeves make the tent not so easy to set up. Floor material is thin and weak. Not good for 8 people. The fabric can easily break or tear.
$80 Cheaper

Many of the great points about dome tents are, that they are for, the most part not too heavy, making them simple to carry. In nearly all instances, tents used for backpacking are of the dome type. They are usually, freestanding and very simple to set up. In calm weather, you could do without guy lines and stakes, not that this is recommended.
Dome tents are without a doubt the most commonly seen of all the various types of tents you will see when camping. They tend to do better in bad weather than other types, allowing water to roll off the sloped walls, unlike cabin tents that have flat tops, resulting in the water pooling on the top of the tent. The most straightforward dome tent should have a rectangular floor, sloped walls two or more poles which cross in the center of the roof. Because of their construction, it is typically considered that they are best for up to a maximum of 6 campers.
