Set up is fast and easy. Instructions are sewn in the tent bag
Campers who used this tent during their trip said: This tent holds up pretty well after some camping trips. The bathtub floor is nice, durable and waterproof. It is super easy to set up. The stakes are lightweight but super durable, and I could not bend them when trying. Plus the design is fantastic and Plenty of room for my gear. Overall, it is worth the price.
Hikers who used this tent said: It is not best and it is not also the worst out there. There are areas in this tent that are prone to dust storms, as the rain fly only really covers the mesh areas on the tent. This allows plenty of airflows but could allow sand to come in in a heavy storm. Buttons on the tent floor are also cumbersome to get to and break off of the tent base when trying to detach the pawprint. Other than that, it is all fine. It is pretty decent considering the price it offers.
The Losi 2 has two doors and a peak center height of 3' 10, which is a little bit less than the average height of the 235 other 2 person tents we have studied. With 31 square feet of space inside, it is a tiny bit smaller than some other 2-person tents, and it could be a little cramped for you and, another camper all through the 3-seasons, this tent is approved for use in, smaller tents like this one make a really good choice for people that welcome spending plenty of hours outside their tent getting some air.
Many of the great things about dome tents are, that they are for, the most part lightweight, making them easy to carry. In most all cases, tents used for backpacking are of the dome type. They are generally speaking, freestanding and very straightforward to set up. In good weather, you can do without guy lines and stakes, not that this is suggested.
Dome tents are the most commonly seen of all the different types of tents you will see when camping. They tend to do better in bad weather than other types, allowing rain to roll off the slanted sides, unlike cabin tents that have flat roofs, resulting in the water pooling on the top. The most basic dome tent will have a square footprint, slanted walls two or more poles which converge in the middle of the roof. Because of their construction, it is usually thought of that they are best suited for up to a maximum of 6 campers.
